the kotsifali...

Kotsifali is considered the red wine "seal" of Crete, it is widely cultivated on the island and gives excellent wines either monovarietal (more rare) or in combination with other indigenous or international varieties.
With a transparent, brick red/red colour (depending on its vinification), a nose with fresh red fruit aromas such as cherry and plum, a medium-volume mouthfeel, good acidity, and the potential for short ageing.
