A libation in the most delicate indigenous variety of Crete. Clear yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate and elegant on the nose where the scents of the autumn Cretan countryside are fragrant. Balanced mouth with the citrus fruits winning the impressions leaving a pleasant and punchy acidity for the end. It accompanies extremely soft cheeses, legume salads, fatty fish but also poultry with white sauces and vegetable risotto.
It is served at a temperature of 9o-12oC.
