Description

White yellow and clear color, intense floral aromas of jasmine, apricot and melon, in summer rain. Soft in the mouth but persistent, it creates anticipation for the next sip. Its subtle acidity, combined with its aromatic character, easily tames wine-difficult exotic cuisines. It will accompany pork steaks, vegetable pies, feta cheese, artichokes and risotto in a special way. Serve at a temperature of 8o-12oC

the muscat spinas...

Muscat of Spina was another "neglected" Cretan variety, originating from Spina in the Selini district of Chania, which was known mainly for sweet wine. In our search for a special variety we came across the small grape with its thin golden yellow skin, intense aromas and rich flavor that delighted us.
In 2004 we planted the first 10 acres with the Muscat Spina vines we got from Spina in Selene Province and today we have 120 acres.
The first dry vinification of the Muscat Spinas variety was made by our winery in 2008 and since then this wine has been the best known and the most commercial code of the winery. With its distinctive aromas and characteristic structure in the mouth, it is now recognized by the public from the first sip.
