Velvety, rich in aroma and taste, creates a strong memory. With a deep ruby color and a bouquet of aromas of wood and ripe red fruits, with a background of butterscotch and chocolate. Dense with a full body, well worked and soft tannins with a long and charming finish. Aged in French oak barrels. Ideal for game, dishes with red sauces, stewed meats and spicy cheeses. It is recommended to use a carafe or to open at least half an hour before serving.
Serve at a temperature of 15o-17oC.
